Postal Booking

We regret we are not able to handle bookings and payments by phone or on the internet.You can however save time by downloading a printable festival booking form from this website (see link below) and sending it to the Secretary with a cheque to cover your bookings, together with a stamped addressed envelope.

Festival Box Office

Pre-Festival Booking

The Box Office is at Calne Information Centre, Bank House (opposite the Town Hall) 

The Box Office runs from Monday September 14th to Friday 9th October.
Hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm weekdays, 9.30am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
Make sure you purchase tickets for events on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th before the Box Office closes on Friday 9th.

Please note the Box Office staff will not reserve or hold tickets or deal with postal bookings. Tickets must be paid for and collected at the time of booking.


During the Festival

Tickets will be available from the Box Office as detailed above.
They will also be on sale at the venue 30 minutes before each event.


Concessions

Patrons are entitled to the reduced prices indicated in the brochure on production of their Patron’s Card. 

Children under 16: Tickets are £1.00 if accompanied by an adult.
