St. Mary's Parish Church: 5.00 pm

St. Mary’s Church has eight bells, the earliest dating from 1707. The performance for the Festival Service will last approximately 50 minutes, comprising 1,260 different ‘changes’.

[41] Thanksgiving Service & Evensong

St. Mary's Parish Church: 6.00 pm

Lead by Rev’d Canon Mark Bonney, who is Canon Treasurer of Salisbury Cathedral and holds the prebend of Calne (and is therefore a successor to St Edmund!). He was previously Rector of Great Berkhamsted in the St Albans Diocese. All welcome.

[42] Finale & Prize Giving - with 4 plus 1 Jazz

Marden House: 7.30pm
Admission £3 (patrons £1)

Celebrate the end of the Festival with wine, canapés and jazz. Four plus One will be performing a programme of their favourite numbers, with Doug Ellis on trombone, Bob Jones on sax and clarinet, Ron Brown on bass guitar, Stef Hardie on drums and Alan Stackman on banjo and rhythm guitar.

Prizes and awards for the Art Exhibition will be made.

Festival Fund Award
Cash prizes amounting to £75 will be awarded to the artists who’s work is voted the top three in the exhibition by the viewing public.

Calne Artists Society Award
Art materials to the value of £100 will be awarded to the under 25’s artist who’s work is selected by the Calne Artists Society panel.

Skylight Publishing Award
Fine art photography and giclée printing to the value of £100 will be awarded to the artist age 25 and over who’s work is selected by the judging panel.

Digital Image Competition Trophies
Calne Camera Club will award trophies for the winners of the Digital Image Competition.
