Devizes Writers’ Group includes both published and amateur writers, who meet monthly to share ‘homework’ written to a set title. ‘Pig in the Middle’ stories have been written specially for the Festival, and will be read by their authors, alongside a variety of other pieces.
Tea and cakes will be served.

The Ardeton Ensemble (In collaboration with the flautist Debbie Matthews) presents a wonderful evening of Mozart’s celebrated chamber music, performing one of his charming Flute Quartets, written at the pinnacle of the genre’s popularity in the late 18th century. The Ensemble’s versatility will be further demonstrated in the Horn Quintet and will conclude with the String Quartet K.464 in A Major. |

The Downs Quartet was formed by Clive Morgan in 2005 when the players were at junior school together. They continued to meet weekly when they moved on to secondary school and have performed in street parties and festivals in Sussex. Julia and Michael are grandchildren of Peter and Marigold Treloar. |
