12 - Local Primary Schools’ Choir

12.15pm Lunchtime - The John Bentley School - Admission £3 (Friends free; £1 children)

American Icons of the 20th Century - Bob and Frank Forever Young. To celebrate the centenary of the late great Frank Sinatra and the 75th birthday of the incomparable Bob Dylan, children from local primaries will come together to pay homage to these two great American icons of the 20th century. Whether it be Bad Leroy Brown, The Times They Are A Changin’ or New York, New York there will certainly be something for everyone.

13 - PSG Choir

7.30pm - Marden House - Admission £7 (£5 Friends; £1 children)

Our very own PSG Choir from Derry Hill are a pop soul and gospel choir specialising in having a good time and performing a variety of traditional and modern music. Expect to be clapping your hands, stamping your feet and singing along as PSG Choir bring you a choir experience that you may never seen and heard before!

 

14 - Piano Recital with Tom Hartley

9.30pm CODA - Marden House - Admission Free

Tom loves using his hands - for organic gardening, baking bread, drumming – but above all playing the piano. Tom studied piano with Mark Swartzentruber at the Royal College of Music and Raymond Clarke at the University of Bristol. His deep love for music and powerful style is brought to the fore with this (nearly) all-Russian recital programme.
