Lindsay Howard Academy of Dance offers dance
tuition in many different styles including
Tap, Ballet, Jazz Theatre, Street Jazz, Rock
‘n’ Roll, Cheerleading, Hip Hop and
Latin & Ballroom to children from 3yrs
to adults. All classes are taught by trained
and enthusiastic dance teachers who aim to
provide enjoyable yet professional tuition
at all times. If you would like more

Voices – Piano Quartet
|
| Keith
Abrams(viola), Anna Roberts(piano)
David Munro(violin) and Cully Wilcoxson
(cello). The friends who make up Intimate
Voices (the title is that of a String
Quartet by Sibelius) worked with each
other in several groups before they formed
a piano quartet a couple of years ago. The
programme will contain a selection of
Purcell's Fantasias for Strings, an
attractive Piano Quartet by Turina and a
powerfully dramatic one by Brahms.

Gaulois Brothers
|
|
|
| The
gypsy jazz of the The Gaulois Brothers, Pete
Nicholson and Simon Grimes on acoustic
guitars together with Dave Thoroughgood on
bass, is not to be missed. They perform in
the passionate and uplifting style pioneered
by Django Reinhardt in the Parisian cafés
and nightspots of the 1930s.
