Festival Box Office

Pre-Festival Booking
The Box Office is at Bank House, The Strand, Calne, SN11 0EN, Tel. 01249 814000

The Box Office runs from Monday September 17th to Friday 12th October.
Hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm weekdays, 9.30am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
Make sure you purchase tickets for events on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th before the Box Office closes on Friday 12th.

Please note the Box Office staff will not reserve or hold tickets. Tickets must be paid for and collected at the time of booking.

During the Festival
Tickets will be available from the Box Office as detailed above.
They will also be on sale at the venue 30 minutes before each event.

Concessions
Patrons are entitled to the reduced prices indicated in the brochure, on production of their Patron’s Card. 

Children under 16: For each full or patron’s ticket purchased, one Child’s Ticket may be purchased at £1 for the same event. Tickets for any further children will be full price.


PATRONS PLEASE NOTE:
Concessions will only be given if you produce your PATRON'S CARD at the Box Office or at the Venue at the time of purchase. Box Office and Festival staff will adhere strictly to this rule, so please remember:
NO PATRON'S CARD --- NO CONCESSION !

Postal Booking:
Available from 1st September. Contact the Festival Secretary for a Postal Booking Form and instructions for completion:

The Secretary must receive orders at least 5 working days ahead of the event[s] you wish to attend. Please do not post or take postal booking forms to the Box Office: the staff are not able to process them.
